Returns & Refund Policy – Just Cable Ties
We are committed to providing high-quality cable ties and related products. Our policy reflects both UK consumer law and our internal standards.
Faulty or Defective Items
- We accept returns for faulty products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
- If goods develop a fault within six months, we will repair or replace them.
- Return postage for faulty goods is covered by us.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply at our discretion.
- Please contact us before returning any items.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving your return.
- We offer exchanges only for faulty goods.
